Okay, found this neat service called ustream that lets me broadcast both audio and video for free… the quality is not so good but, hey, free is free. Check it out:

Next broadcast is at 7 PM Pacific… I’ll try to broadcast our evening group meditation.
Update: the 7 PM broadcast was a great success… we even had a few people tuning in and leaving comments. Here’s a screenshot:
Plan is to broadcast everyday at 7 PM. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday will include a talk in English.
