Privacy vs. Seclusion

Many people nowadays advocate privacy. This means they don't want other people to come to know the things they do, say, or think. Privacy is very helpful for people who wish to do evil.

The Buddha advocated seclusion. That is where one doesn't want to come to know the things other people do, say, or think. Seclusion is very helpful for people who wish to do good.

Two very different things.
